Sascha Patrick Goffi was born and raised in Switzerland, where he tasted croissants for the first time… Full of delight, he decided to attend a professional bakery, pastry and confectionery school. He began his business in Italy, among the beloved hills of the Marche region, immediately committed to a very specific mission to be shared with his staff: bringing to everyone’s table excellent, refined, traditional bakery products that can be easily stored and prepared in various ways. The ingredients were supposed to be simple, and they still are; in the company there is growing awareness of the need to create many delicious proposals, from which each of us can choose those closest to their tastes and to increasingly diversified eating habits. Even today, after over twenty years in the industry, Sascha’s passion for bread making is still there – an essential requirement that pervades every inch of our factories. As a matter of fact, Sascha holds not only the role of director but heads Unipan’s Research & Development department as well.

We select the ingredients for all the preparations we offer with rigour and the utmost care. Confident in the good quality of the raw materials used, we study, experiment, taste in order to offer delicious, balanced bakery products. Our small and large wonders are enclosed in well-structured packaging, specifying clear nutritional information and advice for correct use of the products. Since 2017, SwissPan, which is in charge of production and supplier management on behalf of Unipan, has been IFS FOOD-certified, evidence of the quality and safety of each action taken, of each idea that was developed while admiring the horizon of the Adriatic Sea.
