Slightly laminated on the surface, fragrant on the outside and soft on the inside. The rectangular focaccia is “the ultimate hand-made product”; each bakery item is unique, with its small aesthetic variations resulting from craftsmanship. The many fillings are offered in single-portion slices, on open trays where edges get typically crunchy, or in 30*40cm trays which, once taken out of the oven and cut, provide 6 portions of focaccia.
