FocacciaScrò
A cross between PanScrò and Focaccia, FocacciaScrò is topped on the outside – so irresistibly fragrant – and soft and crumbly on the inside. Its dough is laminated with vegetable fats but without palm oil, and enriched with iodized salt. FocacciaScrò is available both in single portions and in 30*40 or 40*60 cm slabs, to be portioned after cooking. It is ideal for those situations when one wants to make the most of their time and satisfy several people together with a single batch-baking.
